Chef Brandon has spent the last 20 years in the kitchen.  From starting in a small, family-owned Italian establishment to running a top ten restaurant in Arizona by the age of 24.  He has been able to cook alongside many celebrity chefs and run kitchens in several award-winning restaurants around the Scottsdale area.  Brandon has continued to evolve as a chef, which brought him to California to redesign a popular Bay Area establishment with his own Latino Asian infused menu concept.
