Vanessa Arriola attended Cal Poly Pomona where she studied Hotel and Restaurant Management.  She started her hospitality career in Newport Beach working on private yachts as Senior Sales Manager selling weddings and corporate events. She moved on to become Director of Catering and Special Events where she worked in collaboration with Le Cordon Blue trained chefs to design custom menus and create new event concepts. Vanessa worked for over 10 years with Paradiso Yacht Charters as their National Sales & Operations Manager where she managed private yacht charters for high end clientele and celebrities. In her most recent position, at The Waterfront Beach Resort, A Hilton hotel, Vanessa sold and coordinated events for the hotel’s three outlets.
